Our products are created and printed in France, in our workshops in Albi - Tarn.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS
You can personalize your product to your favorite city by adding extra options available on the product page.
We offer a variety of clothing such as t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, and accessories such as bags and mugs.
We offer a full range of sizes, from XS to 4XL for most products.
It is possible to modify your order, but this depends on the production stage. If your order has not yet entered production, we can make changes. However, once the order has entered production, no changes can be made. If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately by phone so we can intervene as quickly as possible before the order is produced.
ORDER AND DELIVERY
Standard delivery usually takes between 4 and 6 business days.
We offer free delivery for all orders over €65.
Shipping costs are €6.95 for home delivery with Colissimo, €5.95 for delivery to a Colissimo pickup point, and are free for orders over €65. Collection from the Albi showroom is also free.
Yes, we offer international delivery. Please note that additional charges and longer delivery times may apply.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal for 100% secure payment.
A tracking number will be provided to you by email once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your order directly via the tracking link.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
It is not possible to return a product since we offer personalized clothing and accessories. According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
We therefore advise you to carefully check your order before finalizing the purchase.
